Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Inclusive Hub helps you build a shareable career profile. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights over it.

What we collect

Account email; profile content you provide or import (resume text, work history, skills); an optional video pitch you record; and coarse, non-identifying analytics about views of your public link (referrer host and timestamp — not visitor identity).

Video and likeness

If you record a pitch, we store that video to display on your public link. Recording is optional and requires your explicit consent. Some jurisdictions treat facial video as biometric data; we process it only to provide the service and delete it when you delete your pitch or account.

How your resume is processed

With your consent, we use automated tools to turn your imported resume into a structured profile and a draft pitch script. These tools use only the information you provide and do not add or invent any details. You review and edit everything before it is published.

What's public

Only a profile you explicitly publish is visible at your public link, and only the fields you choose. Unpublished profiles are private to you. Submitted references appear on your public link only after you publish.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your profile, pitch, and account at any time. Deletion removes your data, including stored video, from our systems. To exercise data-access or deletion rights, contact us from your account email.

Data sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers strictly to run the service (hosting, database and storage, email delivery, AI processing, and payment processing). We do not sell your personal data and do not show third-party ads.
